Villa

The resort features a luxurious 200 sq villa with two floors plus a fenced observation roof  that 10 sleep up to 10 pepole. The villa extends over 2 dunams (approximately 0.5 acres). The villa includes 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a kitchen equipped with all the amemities.  The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware for 10 people, including wine , shot, champagne glasses, and more.

The villa has its own laundry room  The living room features a large sofa, 2 armchairs, a sitting couch, carpet, TV, and speaker system.

Four bedrooms have double beds, and one additional room has 2 single beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling), and 3 bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Each room has a TV with remote control, closets, rugs, reading lamps, and more. All windows and doors in the villa have screens against flies and pests.

The villa grounds include a professional bar with an attached bathroom and toilet,  equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, additional refrigerators, and a complete set of utensils.

The villa area features a swimming pool (can be heated for an additional fee) and a large jacuzzi for 8 (for an additional fee). and a built-in fire circle. The villa has private parking for 2 cars with an electric gate.

The villa is also equipped with alarm systems, security cameras, and a floodlight and lighting system.
